The custom-made cases from the Gefken Basic range are always tailored to your needs. We are happy to guide and advise you in this process. The cases are made from a framework of anodized aluminum profiles in either silver or black, with panels available in various colors that can be customized with a logo or full-color printing. This ensures the case always has the appearance that aligns with your organization.

Gefken Basic. Surprisingly versatile

With the Gefken Basic you have a surprising number of options. Customization down to the millimeter. Attaché model? Or would you prefer a model with the lid on top, such as a beauty case? A low bottom part with a removable high lid on top? It’s all possible. Equipped with wheels and a pull-out handle, so that you can roll the case behind you as a trolley? That’s no problem either. Whether it concerns a few or several thousand pieces.

Anodised aluminium profiles

Gefken Basic’s aluminium profiles are always clear or black anodised. Anodising gives the profiles a matt, satin-like shine that protects against scratches. In addition, the surface feels smoother and the aluminium no longer leaves black marks, which happens with cases with untreated aluminium profiles. In addition, the anodised profiles give the aluminium cases a more luxurious appearance.

Coloured panels

The top layer of the panels of the customised aluminium case are available in various colours. By means of screen printing or digital printing, these panels, with a PVC top layer, can be provided with a logo or full-colour print. This allows you to perfectly match the aluminium cases to your product or corporate identity. Whether you need to transport, pack or present valuable products or devices, a custom-made case offers a professional look and strengthens brand identity.

Plastic connection angles

The Gefken Basic has plastic corners that connect the aluminium profiles of the cases. Available in grey and black, they fit seamlessly with the anodised aluminium profiles. You can also choose a blank anodised profile combined with black plastic corners. So you can create the perfect combination for your customised aluminium case yourself.

From alarm system to floor samples

We work towards the best solution based on your needs and wishes. That is why the interior of the case is just as important. A foam interior for your floor samples, a full-colour printed interior with a working alarm system installed or a compartment division that you can adjust yourself. We design and produce the interior based on how you want to use the cases. In this way we make the Gefken Basic suitable for presenting, packaging and transporting your products. Intake

During the intake we discuss your wishes and requirements. By asking the right questions, we get to the essence and can advise you as best as possible.

We discuss the best options and can immediately show you the intended materials. Together we determine the best options.

Design & Quotation

We work out the discussed options in the design phase. You will receive a quote from us including a 3D design.

The design is lifelike and can already be provided with your artwork. The quotation is based on discussed quantities or scales to give you a good idea immediately.

Prototype & Approval

After receiving the quote including 3D design, it is up to you.

If approved, we will start production. For the complete series, or first a prototype for approval.

Do you opt for a prototype and are there any changes afterwards? We are happy to discuss these, adjust the quotation and start production after approval.

Production & Delivery

The production of your order will be scheduled and produced.

As soon as your order is ready, it will be packaged after final inspection and delivered to the address you specified.
